This Privacy Policy describes how Rocket Digital Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use the DecorAI mobile application (“DecorAI”, the “App”) and the website at https://www.myinteriordesign.app (the “Site”). By downloading the App or using the Site you agree to the practices below.
1. Who we are
DecorAI is operated by Rocket Digital Limited, registered at 1603, The L Plaza, 367-375 Queens Road Central, Hong Kong. Questions, data requests, and privacy complaints can be sent to hello@rocketdigital.ai and we reply within one working day.
2. What information we collect
2.1 Information you give us
- Photos of rooms, interiors, and exteriors that you upload to the App.
- Optional style prompts, written briefs, and saved preferences.
- Account identifiers (email address, authentication token) when you sign in.
- Purchase receipts for subscriptions and restoration tokens.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Device model, operating system version, language, and anonymised country.
- App version, crash logs, and feature usage events.
- Approximate session timing and performance metrics needed to keep the App fast and stable.
2.3 Information collected on the Site
- Vercel Analytics page views, route timings, and Web Vitals.
- Google Analytics 4 session events with IP anonymisation enabled.
- Meta Pixel PageView events and custom events such as
iOS_App_Store_ClickandGooglePlay_Store_Click, used to measure app install campaigns.
3. How we use your information
- To generate your AI interior redesigns and save them to your account.
- To operate the App, process subscriptions, and restore previous purchases.
- To measure advertising performance at the aggregate level.
- To prevent abuse, detect fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
- To email transactional or security notices where you have opted in or where the law requires us to notify you.
4. Service providers that process your data
DecorAI relies on a small number of named sub-processors, each handling a specific part of the pipeline. We only share the minimum data required for that step.

Each provider operates under its own privacy policy. We only transmit the data that is necessary for the task, and we do not sell personal information.
5. How long we keep data
- Uploaded photos: kept for as long as your project exists and deleted within 30 days of you deleting the project.
- Generated renders: kept while your account is active; removed within 30 days of deletion requests.
- Analytics events: aggregated and retained for up to 26 months.
- Purchase and billing records: retained as required by tax law, typically seven years.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can exercise rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, Brazil’s LGPD, and other regimes. Those rights include access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, and objection. To use any of them, write to hello@rocketdigital.ai from the email address on your account.
7. Children
DecorAI is designed for adults redesigning their homes. The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us and we will remove it.
8. International transfers
Our providers operate in multiple regions including the United States and the European Union. Where we transfer data outside your home region, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
9. Security
Photos and renders are stored encrypted at rest. Access to production systems is limited to named engineers and protected by multi-factor authentication. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we keep reducing the attack surface and publish material incidents within 72 hours of discovery.
10. Changes to this policy
When we make material changes, we update the “Last updated” date and, for significant shifts, notify active users inside the App before the change takes effect.
