Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DecorAI mobile application (“App”) and the website at https://www.myinteriordesign.app(“Site”), each operated by Rocket Digital Limited. By installing the App or visiting the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use DecorAI.

1. Who these terms are with

DecorAI is provided by Rocket Digital Limited, a private limited company registered in Hong Kong at 1603, The L Plaza, 367-375 Queens Road Central, Hong Kong. “We”, “our”, and “us” refer to that company throughout these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use DecorAI, and at least 18 to purchase a subscription. If you are acting on behalf of a studio or company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information at signup and to keep it current.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Content you upload

You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the renders DecorAI generates for you. You grant Rocket Digital Limited a limited, worldwide licence to store, process, transmit, and display that content only for the purpose of operating the App — including passing it to the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy (Firebase, Azure, OpenAI, Replicate, Fal.ai, RevenueCat, AdMob).

You agree not to upload content that:

• Depicts identifiable people without their consent.
• Is pornographic, violent, hateful, harassing, or otherwise illegal.
• Infringes someone else’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Contains malware or attempts to probe, scan, or interfere with our systems.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

DecorAI is free to install and try. Certain features require a paid subscription that is billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, whichever you downloaded from, and managed on our side by RevenueCat.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• You can cancel anytime through your platform account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies; we cannot issue platform refunds directly.
• Pricing and plan features may change with notice inside the App.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse DecorAI. In particular, you will not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source of the App beyond what local law allows.
• Use automated scripts to bulk-generate renders, resell rendered output, or scrape the App.
• Use the App to train a competing generative model.
• Interfere with the security features of DecorAI or any linked service.

7. Intellectual property

DecorAI, the DecorAI logo, the word marks on myinteriordesign.app, the App user interface, and the underlying codebase are owned by Rocket Digital Limited and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to use the App — nothing more, nothing transferrable.

8. Third-party services

DecorAI integrates with the third-party services listed in our Privacy Policy. Those services are operated by their respective companies under their own terms; we are not responsible for their acts or omissions beyond what we commit to in writing in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

DecorAI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. AI-generated interior renders are creative suggestions — they are not architectural drawings, building plans, or contractor-ready documents.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of DecorAI. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose or, if you are on the free tier, fifty US dollars.

11. Termination

You may stop using DecorAI at any time by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the App. On termination your licence to use DecorAI ends immediately; the clauses intended to survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) remain in effect.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts of Hong Kong, except where your local consumer law grants you a non-waivable right to a different forum.

13. Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we update the “Last updated” date and notify active users inside the App. Continued use of DecorAI after changes take effect is your acceptance of the updated Terms.
